| Bypassing the FISA Law ... The Bush Administration, and the GOP radicals, are hell bent on getting the legal cover they think they need to eves drop on our personal calls and correspondence. Under FISA, there is a provision that a warrant be issued (just like in the Bill of Rights - remember!?) and it can even be issued AFTER the fact (which kind of kills their urgency argument, right?) The bottom line is that among the several impeachable offenses he is most likely guilty of, violating FISA is an almost certain conviction (especially considering a recent ruling!) They are violating the FISA Law and the Fourth Amendment by spying on Citizens with out warrants, even AFTER he told us he would always seek warrants ... They are continuing to approve budgets that reward the ultra wealthy with even MORE tax cuts, while cutting budgets for programs that largely aid the poor, elderly and children ... They continue to distort the facts and record in Iraq - telling us to "stay the course" ... They refuse to admit that Global Climate change is a reality... despite a growing body of irrefutable evidence They tell us we are addicted to Oil, and then refuse to act on calls for increasing the CAFE standards ... They have ruined our national finances - our National Debt is OVER $8.4 TRILLION ... They have committed Torture in our name and under our Flag ... They have unsettled relations between two nuclear powers, India and Pakistan and erased decades of consistent respect for the Treaty for Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons ... They have EXPANDED government more dramatically than anytime in US history ... They continue fealty to a leader who does not read, does not tolerate dissent, and will not admit error ...
