President Bush continues to maintain that he has the authority to have ordered
wire taps and other domestic surveillance of American Citizens. (See Below)

** NEW:  There are now apparently a number of
photos of Bush with Jack Abramoff together
and, imagine this:  The White House is not releasing them.  Go figure.

George W Bush has admitted to
committing a felony. He has repeatedly ordered the

NSA and the Pentagon (DIA) to Spy on Americans, WITHOUT a FISA warrant*.

In 1978, President Carter signed into law the
Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act,
which specifically outlines the Executive Branch's responsibilities in the area of
domestic intelligence gathering.  This law creates a "Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court"
also known as the "FISA Court", made up of a group of rotating federal circuit court judges.

* Essentially there is a process by which the Justice Department requests a type of
warrant from a FISA Court (FISC), on behalf of the requesting agency (
NSA or CIA for
example) (which are almost ALWAYS issued) to allow for electronic eavesdropping for
national security purposes.

President Bush has violated this law.  He has committed a federal crime on numerous
occasions by ordering the NSA to monitor US Citizens with out first seeking a warrant as
proscribed under the FISA Act.  He has stated his intention to break this law again.

** Breaking News as of 12/21:  A FISA court judge has submitted his resignation to Chief
Justice Roberts. US District Judge James Robertson resigned without comment from his
FISA court appointment.  It is speculated that he did so in protest of Bush's illegal actions.

** On Jan 23, Bush told a crowd in Manhattan, Kansas that he had the inherent permission
to order these wires taps, he also continued the lies when he stated that the only calls that
are monitored are those where someone (an "al queda" affiliated person) calls INTO the US.
AND General Heyden, head of the NSA, has stated that because the word "unreasonable" is
in the
4th amendment, that they have cover by claiming that it is "reasonable" to monitor
Americans phone calls and e-mails.

What will it take for our fellow Americans to absorb the depth of contempt this president
has for our
Constitution and Bill of Rights? (he is purported to have said about the
constitution: "Its just a
god damn piece of paper...")

This is the direction we are headed; to fail to grapple with this honestly and to take action
to stem this tide, will spell the end to this great experiment.

This is one of many of Bush's Crimes.  This is yet another reason to
Impeach President Bush.

Lets Get To Work!!
